- The rate at which you accrue points, through spend on bingo will vary according to your Play Points Level.
- You will be moved up to a new Play Points Level on the date on which you have earned the requisite amount of points during the relevant calendar month.
- Only points accrued through spend on bingo will count towards your points total in a calendar month.
- If you don’t maintain your spend levels from one month to another you may move back down to the previous Play Points Level.
- If you don’t maintain your spend levels for a period of 30 days you may be moved back down the Play Points Level according to your actual spend. Any such downgrading will occur on the first day of any calendar month.
- Accrual rates can be found by looking under “Bingo Bonus Points Levels”.
- Bingo Play Points will expire if they are not redeemed within 180 days of earning.
- Retrieved points will not affect your Play Points Level.
- Accrual and redemption rates are subject to change.
- Additional Bingo Bonus Points may be accrued by participating in promotional events as advertised on the Mecca website or in chat.
- The Play Points scheme may be amended or terminated without prior notice or consultation.
- We reserve the right to either cancel or suspend the account of any customer who gives their account details to any other person for the purposes of increasing their points.
- Any Bingo Bonus Points not earned and held in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.
- Redeemed points cannot be used again.
